Alicia Schweiger believed in our mission since the beginning! She supported us by hosting our first learn sequence: A Confidence and Self-Presentation Workshop. The femellas learned so much from her and loved her enthusiasm and dedication to what she does - that we had to ask her to come back! Luckily Alicia agreed to partner up with us and will be hosting two workshops a year for us.

Alicia Schweiger is certified in Adult Education and has been facilitating classes for senior leaders for over 25 years. Her extensive business expertise adds real-world value to her courses in sales and marketing, self-confidence, messaging, pitching, and new business planning. She has trained and coached over 10’000 senior professionals to date. Alicia’s company MINODIAIRE GMBH offers services in consulting, coaching, and education for businesses and teams focused on the values of tomorrow: Equality, Sustainability, Diversity and Well-Being.

Confiserie Honold
Founded in 1905 at Rennweg, Confiserie Honold is one of the oldest confectioneries in Zurich. It is still family-owned today and has been run by women of the family for the last two generations. Cristina de Perregaux and her team opened the modern manufactory and shop in Küsnacht in 2012. Here, the diverse range is produced daily from high-quality ingredients and delivered to the five branches at Rennweg, Zürichberg, Witikon, Küsnacht and Herrliberg. Confiserie Honold prides itself in creating all its products - from the smallest truffle to the largest cake - by hand with care and skill. The traditional specialities and creations are a true delight and a source of recurring pleasure.
