A femella is a do-er, open-minded, ambitious, and Switzerland-based. Upon entry, she is a young woman, ideally under the age of 30. 

A femella has an exceptional track record: She is either pursuing a higher education, having been enrolled for at least one year, or has demonstrated other outstanding achievements (e.g., in her profession, sports, liberal arts).
A femella wants to be one of the women of tomorrow. She contributes to femella’s mission as an active member of our network, thereby demonstrating inclusiveness towards others and supporting her fellow femellas.
