At femella our mission is to unite the women of tomorrow. To achieve this we have created a platform where young ambitious females with diverse interests and backgrounds can come together to exchange ideas and share their expertise. We are a community that celebrates individuality and supports each others growth.

Our vision is a society in which women support each other and share their knowledge. We believe that by fostering an environment where women mutually respect one another and motivate each other, we can achieve greater things as a community and grow individually. We want to contribute to a movement that empowers women to reach their full potential.

Learn
At Femella we believe that knowledge is power.
The goal of our “learn sequence” is to introduce new skill sets and allow our members, the femellas, to absorb as much information as possible. These events include company visits, workshops and much more, aiming to enhance their personal and professional development as well as teaching important soft- and hard skills for the future.
Grow
We want our femellas to experience individual growth as well as growth within our community. Through interactive events with diverse women we hope to encourage them to expand their horizons and be open to new perspective.
