femella is a global non-profit community that empowers ambitious Gen Z women to connect, learn, and grow. Our members - the femellas - are driven young professionals and students from diverse fields. We help them build meaningful networks, gain new skills, and grow into confident leaders who make an impact in their careers and beyond. Through events, opportunities, and a supportive community, femella helps shape the women of tomorrow who will lead and inspire future generations.

With connect events each month and a grand end-of-year celebration open to external guests, femellas have ample opportunities to network, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships within a supportive community.

At femella, we believe knowledge is power. We empower our members through workshops covering soft skills like leadership and communication, as well as hard skills like financial wellbeing and sustainability. With events spanning various sectors, we ensure there's something for everyone. Collaborating with coaches and companies like Google and Christie’s we offer top-tier learning experiences. Our femellas also gain industry insights and grow their networks through company visits to organizations like AbbVie, IWC Schaffhausen, and Siemens.

Our members, or "femellas," are ambitious, growth-driven individuals seeking to expand their networks, develop leadership skills, and enjoy new opportunities—all while having fun of course. THE APPLICATION PROCESS
We accept new members once to twice a year, depending on the hub, ensuring an engaged community. Application windows are usually open from August - October and January - March. To apply, simply follow us on social media to stay updated on when applications open, and submit your application during our open window. Once accepted, you'll immediately gain access to events, workshops, mentorship, and a network that will support your growth and success.

THE MEMBERSHIP FEE
Membership fees vary depending on your hub, ranging from 69-89 EUR, based on our femella Latte Index—comparable to the cost of 15 Starbucks Tall Lattes, or just over one latte per month. This is an investment in your future, providing access to a wealth of experiences, workshops, and exclusive events. If the fee is not manageable, contact your local hub—we’ll work with you to make it possible!
