Joanne Rimbeaux - (she/her)
Chairwoman
Together with the femella Zurich board Joanne drives the strategy and vision for femella in Zurich. As Chairwoman, she represents femella Zurich towards media & press relations and oversees all operations. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance at the University of St. Gallen while working as an Investment Analyst. Born and raised in Zurich, Joanne speaks German, English, and French. In her free time, she enjoys working on personal projects, doing BodyPump, and spending quality time with her family.
Ella Novak - (she/her)
Vice Chairwoman & Head of Finance
Ella is from Zurich and oversees femella's financial matters. She obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specialising in accounting and finance at the University of Zurich. She is currently on the path to becoming a certified auditor and is gaining valuable experience at KPMG in audit and accounting advisory. Beyond the world of financial statements, she maintains a passion for fitness and indulges in crime novels.
Lou Bucher - (she/her)
Head of Event Coordination & Collaborations
Lou is from Lucerne and is responsible for the organization and coordination of femella’s events and collaborations. She is currently completing her MLaw at UZH, where she also completed her Bachelor's degree. Besides her studies, she works at a chair for criminal and medical law at the university. In her free time, she loves cooking, working out and discovering cute coffee places in Zurich.
Mia Allemann - (she/her)
Co-Head of Learn Events
Mia plans and executes femella's learning sequence with Ana. Holding a BA in Political Science and Law from the University of Zurich, she is currently interning at Akris before starting her master’s degree. Mia advocates for women achieving financial independence by taking control of their finances and investing in alignment with their principles – from sustainable ETFs to becoming an angel investor for women-owned companies and everything in between and beyond. On a more personal note, Mia recharges by spending time with friends and family, cooking, hosting and being active.
Ana is responsible for curating femella’s learn sequence alongside Mia. With a BSc in Interdisciplinary Sciences from ETH and an ongoing MSc, her interests lie in the realm of biopharmaceutical research. She seeks to advance healthcare solutions and contribute to the Swiss entrepreneurship landscape. Before joining femella, she fostered women in STEM at ETH, organising events that connected and empowered her peers. Now, she brings that same passion to the femella community, seamlessly blending her love for learning with her commitment to community building. Currently, Ana is researching for her master’s thesis and supervising students as teaching assistant. Beyond academia, she unwinds by exploring Zurich's cultural hubs, practising pilates, and spending quality time with friends.

Ana Kitanovic - (she/her)
Meet Vivienne, our new femella board member, taking charge of our exciting grow events. Holding a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich, Vivienne has accumulated diverse practical experiences ranging from a global media agency and a family office to a software start-up. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in General Management at the University of St. Gallen. In her spare time, Vivienne loves staying active through various sports and exploring the world of art in every city she visits. With her enthusiasm for connecting with new people and fostering mutual learning, she is thrilled to organize our upcoming grow events at femella.

Anaïs von Dach - (she/her)
Head of Connect Events
Anaïs is from Zurich and leads the organization of inspiring gatherings and networking opportunities as Head of Connect Events at femella. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Information Systems at FHNW. Anaïs brings valuable professional experience, having worked in Private Banking before transitioning to her current role in consulting for Legal & Compliance Services. In her free time, Anaïs is a passionate sports enthusiast – whether jogging, fitness, cycling, tennis, or yoga, she loves staying active. She also enjoys traveling to explore new cultures and countries, reading, and spending time in the mountains, hiking or hitting the slopes in winter.
Alongside Michelle, Jane is responsible for femella’s Partnerships in Zurich. She holds a BA and MA degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen and completed an exchange semester at UC Berkeley during her studies. Currently, Jane is working as a Junior Associate at Loyens & Loeff Switzerland. Her primary interests lie in the intersections of law, entrepreneurship and technology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, doing sports and travelling - especially to destinations with exceptional diving spots.

Michelle Senn - (she/her)
Co-Head of Partnerships
Meet Michelle, who, alongside Jane, serves as Co-Head of Partnerships at femella Zurich. Currently enrolled at the University of St. Gallen, she is working towards her bachelor's degree in Law and Economics (BLE). Besides studying she contributes to a foundation dedicated to fostering the interplay between law and economics, serves as a bartender in a local bar, and leads engaging workshops. In her personal life, Michelle cherishes the moments spent with friends and is passionate about staying active, particularly through pilates.
Lara Borner - (she/her)
Head of Communication
Lara is from Frauenfeld and is responsible for Communications at femella Zurich. She holds a BA in International Affairs from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and spent her exchange semester in Madrid. Following her studies, she has a keen interest in international relations, cultures, foreign languages, and communications. She is currently working as an intern in Public Affairs at Mueller Consulting & Partner in Zurich. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, doing sports, being active, and meeting up with friends.
Seraphine Hirs - (she/her)
Head of Marketing
Seraphine is from Zurich and leads the marketing efforts at femella Zurich. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management at EHL and is currently gaining valuable experience as a Customer Success Intern. Beyond her professional pursuits, Seraphine loves baking, being creative with artistic projects, and hitting the slopes for skiing and snowboarding in winter, a passion she has also shared as a ski instructor. She enjoys going on fun trips and immersing herself in romantasy books, finding them the perfect escape after a busy day.

Originally from Lucerne, Alessandra is dedicated to connecting and supporting our community members. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen and works in Consulting. Alessandra loves building meaningful relationships and creating a strong, supportive community. In her free time, she enjoys all kinds of adventures, working out, and cooking with friends & loved ones.
