Lea Tsalos (she/her)
Chairwoman
As the Chairwoman of femella Munich, Lea coordinates the team, communicates with other hubs, and supports wherever needed. Originally from southern Germany, she splits her time between working in Global Communications at Airbus and running her own marketing agency, dedicating every free moment to femella.
With five sisters, she has experienced both the challenges and strengths of being a young, ambitious woman. Her time living in the US and Sweden taught her the value of supportive networks like femella, where meaningful personal and professional connections can thrive.
Known for her positive and open nature, she loves meeting friends, running, and exploring new cafés. She joined femella to empower women, foster connections, and drive positive change.
Andrada Alexa (she/her)
Head of Learn Events
Andrada is responsible for organizing and planning all learn events for femella Munich. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Economics at LMU and is planning to start her Master’s program, looking to deepen her expertise and continue building valuable professional and personal experiences.
Her semester abroad in Bangkok was a unique experience that offered her new perspectives both academically and culturally. Andrada is excited about the idea of being part of a community dedicated to empowering and inspiring women, and she looks forward to driving positive change alongside like-minded individuals.
In her free time, she is an avid reader and enjoys visiting theaters and museums to enrich herself artistically and intellectually.
Marie Jordan (she/her)
Head of Grow Events
Marie is the Head of Grow Events, where she oversees the organization of grow events, including securing locations and planning activities. She is currently studying International Public Relations and has some experience in marketing and PR. While event planning is a new area for her, she is excited by the challenge. Supporting women has always been important to her, as feminism is a central part of her personal values.
Marie describes herself as somewhat shy in new situations and tends to underestimate herself. However, her strong will has been a valuable asset in both her personal and professional life.
In her free time, Marie enjoys sports like running, cycling, and CrossFit. She is also creative and loves drawing, knitting, crocheting, and sewing.
Elisabeth Reiser (she/her)
Head of Communications
As Head of Communication, Elisabeth manages all communications for femella Munich. Originally from Munich, she holds a B.Sc. in Management and Technology and is currently pursuing her M.Sc. in the same field.
Known for her calm and thoughtful approach, Elisabeth is committed to empowering women, fully aware of the challenges women often face. Through her work at femella, she is excited to contribute to a supportive and inspiring network for women.
Outside femella, Elisabeth loves to travel and explore diverse cuisines, combining her passion for discovery with her love for food.
Head of Marketing
Verena Forstner (she/her)
Verena, originally from Austria, is our Head of Marketing. She studied in Austria and Sweden and holds a Master’s degree in Architecture. Now based in Munich, she works for an architectural firm and brings a unique creative flair to our Instagram.
With a professional background deeply rooted in aesthetics, she leads our Instagram with a thoughtful, artistic approach. She loves traveling and exploring foreign cultures and cuisines. Her calm, persistent, and motivated nature brings creative energy to the femella team.
Head of Connect Events
Kathrin Halter (she/her)
Kathrin is responsible for planning events that bring femella members together, strengthening connections through sports activities and social gatherings. She studied chemistry in Zurich and is now pursuing her PhD at LMU Munich.
A highly organized and active individual, Kathrin is passionate about fostering community and building networks. She is always eager to enhance female influence and integrity in society.
As both a dedicated scientist and athlete, Kathrin balances her academic pursuits with her passion for fitness. She is a certified Les Mills instructor and finds work-life harmony by teaching classes before or after work. In her free time, Kathrin enjoys channeling her energy into activities that connect and inspire those around her.
Head of Community
Lisa Haidacher (she/her)
Lisa is responsible for managing and building the femella Munich community, onboarding new members, and keeping everyone engaged with regular content.
Originally from Munich, she has studied and worked in London and Madrid. She will be graduating with a Master’s in International Finance from Geneva Business School in January and is currently working as an Analyst at Freiraum Ventures, an early-stage VC fund.
Having been inspired by many female founders in her roles and fortunate enough to benefit from great mentors throughout her career, Lisa is passionate about giving more women access to a supportive network.
Driven, ambitious, and always eager to expand her horizons, she enjoys yoga, hiking, meditation, and hosting gatherings in her free time.
Anna-Luisa Karl (she/her)
Head of Partnership
As Head of Partnership, Anna-Luisa builds strong partnerships that support femella’s vision. Originally from Stuttgart, she now lives in Munich and works as an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group, specializing in Corporate Finance and Strategy.
She studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, including an exchange semester at IE University. Her international experiences - living in China, Spain, the UK, Switzerland, and Germany - have shaped her into a curious, open-minded women who thrives on connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Passionate about expanding femella’s network, Anna-Luisa brings her strategic expertise and motivation to advance its mission. In her free time, she enjoys music, playing the violin, attending concerts, and outdoor sports like running, hiking, and skiing.
Sofia Reichenbach (she/her)
Head of Finance
As the Head of Finance, Sofia oversees all financial matters of femella Munich. She has German and Greek roots and has been living in Munich for the past 4 years. She holds a BSc in Management and Technology from TUM, where she specialized in finance and mechanical engineering, and is currently pursuing her MSc in Finance and Information Management, focusing on quantitative finance.
Sofia has gained valuable hands-on experience through internships in consulting, M&A, investment analysis, and the start-up world.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and staying active. She joined femella to contribute to a community dedicated to empowering women, fostering meaningful connections, and driving positive change.
Mara Kaufmann (she/her)
Consulting
