As the founding partner of Lavender Ventures, a fund dedicated to female health and wellbeing, she is deeply committed to empowering women and advancing female health. With a background as a former managing director at Accenture and COO of a tech company, Gail offers a unique blend of expertise in both corporate and scale up environments. Beyond her professional endeavors, Gail is a dedicated advocate for women's well-being, serving as a volunteer with Wellbeing of Women, a national charity. She is also an ultramarathon runner and author of a book on nutrition.

Michelle is CEO at Included, a global, impact-led diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm. She has a demonstrated history of business growth and people leadership, having previously created, and expanded the DEI consulting practice at an HR consulting firm into a globally impactful offering for clients. She works with clients globally to embed DEI into the DNA of their employee value propositions and employee experience. Michelle has been awarded CIO Views Most Influential Woman in D&I, 2023; and European Diversity Awards Diversity Champion of the year, 2022.

After starting her career in Germany and France, Marjorie has been working in the UK for the past 15 years and lives in West London with her husband and two children. She is currently the SVP Legal, Privacy, Ops at Braze

Nadine Faruque

Independent Board Member, BPM S.p.A and Lottomatica

Nadine is a Swiss and US-qualified lawyer with extensive experience in M&A, capital markets, banking, and financial institutions. She began her career at Reid & Priest in New York before joining Baer & Karrer in Zurich. In 1998, she moved to Merrill Lynch International in London, where she held senior roles in the Office of General Counsel. From 2008, she served as General Counsel and Group Compliance Officer at UniCredit Group, where she was part of the management board and various executive committees. Later, she joined Deutsche Bank AG Frankfurt as Global Head of Compliance in 2014. Currently, she is a board member of Banco BPM S.p.A. and Lottomatica Group SpA, serving on several committees, including ESG, Risk, and Remuneration, and she is also on the Advisory Board of the MIB programme at the University Cattolica in Milan.
