We were welcomed by Estée Lauder Companies with an inspiring presentation about their female founder Estée Lauder (Born as Josephine Esther Mentzer). She was an American businesswoman and the only woman on Time magazine’s 1998 list of the 20 most influential business geniuses of the 20th century. Following that we had a fireside chat with two women in management positions, where we could ask questions about their careers and learn interesting lessons from their past experiences. Next we could pamper ourselves in a skin-care and makeup workshop. We got to try their products and received lessons on the importance of skin-care and especially SPF protection.
