At femella, we want to support and encourage each other as women in the professional world. However, that doesn't mean we don't know how to treat ourselves from time to time. And that's exactly what we did at the wine tasting organized by our dear board member Mia Allemann at Vinothek Brancaia. Glasses were diligently filled, swirled, sniffed, and, of course, very much enjoyed by drinking. Where would all the fun in spitting out those exquisite drops be?!

Those of us fortunate enough to participate in this valuable experience now know how to read a wine list, understand the art behind crafting wines and may have discovered their favorite grape variety. Even though the world of wine is vast, we have taken our first steps into it. Don't be surprised if the next apéro wine selection among friends lies in the hands of a femella. A personal tip: The Sauvignon Blanc Ried Flamberg 2017 from Weingut Lackner-Tinnacher.
