The goal of this event was to Introduce femellas mission and vision to its new members and to enable new connections and team building through activities, games and workshops. After a short introduction of the team and femellas mission, the members where split in groups of 10-12 people and took part in 8 different stations we prepared. Over the course of 2 hours the members got to know each other, exchange ideas and discuss future plans. The femella journey is all about being part of a community of young women who support and motivate each other and with this event we managed to facilitate the first encounters.

100 members joined the kick-off, representing how far femella has come in just one year. Our team has tripled in size and we can proudly announce an almost 250% increase in members.
